love is in the Air!

i never got around to posting yesterday, although; i THINK i had good intentions??  we were here, there, & everywhere then our Mimi stopped in for a fun visit.  Just in time too.... Charlie (with the help of Sam) made valentines day cookies for his friends.... Hearts for the GURLS in his class and then he continued to draw a BIG BOTTLE OF WINE...."look mom, see all the wine coming out of the top" Not really knowing how to react i just said "yes pumpkin, i see that" Its all a little fuzzy to me: do you make a BIG deal out of things you wish they would NOT have done? Is it really a big deal? do you try to act normal so that they don't think its a big deal and TRY and do/say it THAT MUCH MORE? lucky for me that in my eyes was innocent and was no candidate for correction......  Anyway, the cookies were yummy- we bagged them up and attached his homemade valentines. i did not pull out the camera, shoulda, but didn't....i did snap them creating their valentines cards though.....

i snapped sam-i-am's but had hopes of snapping charlie's attached to his cookies...no luck! just picture them will you? I really didn't even get good pictures of their valentines, the flap opens up and they have done stickers GALORE and a side of scribble scrabble to go with them.   And i would snap the only cookie left over but i just ATE it while drinking my coffee...... i approve!!  

 Both big boys have their school parties today!  Always a fun day for them and ME too knowing they will be having fun. After dinner i had to run to lolly & big daddy's to do something.... NEVER would i sneak away going THERE.... SO-  The lil' lamb and my monkey and i loaded up, leaving the lil' hornet screaming at the door to go with us..... In my defense he would have fallen asleep in the driveway and it was too cold for him to stay in the car and just plain silly for me to take him, wake him, then take him back for a short visit... You understand don't you?  Daddyc made sure he made it up to him playing cars and all the things he likes to play!!  Right when we got there.... my monkey ran in FIRST, of course, and had to TRY and be sneaky and turned into high gear, talking, playing games, pulling out EVERYTHING..... He was excited to be there! and had SO MUCH to tell lolly!   My littlest lamb was pumped too, he headed straight for big daddy and in return got TWO hands full of a "snack" as big daddy calls it..."cookies" is what i refer them as.... He too was a happy camper, he is quite a big daddy's baby!!!!Always sad to leave their house, but monkey talked me into letting lolly read his books that night.... so they snuggled up and read a book before we braved the cold again..... Quick prayers for lolly & big daddy..... Lolly has THREE appointments today, so the day will prove LONG.  I will update you as we know anything.
Allie comes tonight... Daddyc and i are going to check our the new boutique hotel.  NO we are NOT spending the night out,,,,, just eating dinner!  We aren't that lucky (kidding boys, only a joke) but daddyc is planning a new orleans trip with friends as quick as he can, he has already lined up sitters for the boys and all..... i think he is DYING to get out of town, what do you think?  And get this... I tried to talk him into doing Vegas with the guys and he said "NO, i really want YOU to be there too!" new orleans it is..... he loves me, he loves me not.... HE LOVES ME!!!!! and yes, i personally think that decision was crazy.....but always up for a good trip IF AND ONLY IF i leave my side kicks in some GOOD/DEPENDABLE hands that is..... and i know just whose they are!!!
