patience

is a true virtue, isn't it? someone once said.....
Patience is a virtue,
Possess it if you can, Seldom found in woman, Never found in man”.

idiom idiot
today i miss my mom.... someone who let it be KNOWN...
"i have little patience but much with my boys?"  one of God's little wonders i guess.....

so my aunts, my mom's three sisters, came in town today.... of course i TOTALLY forgot they were coming....eeeekkkk!!!  but luckily we were home and OUTSIDE... (one of them said "well, if they are not outside, they are NOT home....that is about a FACT for us!)  we were still in jammies and soaking wet with sweat.... yummy!

we loaded the family crib up for cousins and future grand-babies.... My babies are DONE-
one crib down and one to go.  sniff sniff.
they graciously and UNKNOWingly invited us to lunch with them....
they chose a teeny tiny little shack of a place with an hour wait..... so...i went and retrieved my biggest baby early from school (i may add, he was getting a treat for being so sweet....don't worry next year they get my middle child...i am enjoying the praise now)
Lets sum up lunch to say the little diner owners had to get onto my boys NOT once but TWICE but in their defense.... we were there for TWO HOURS and they had already eaten.....  but no excuse for the hourseplay i don't guess.  sorry fellow lunch goers!
Oh and when we arrived a nice man doing a photo shoot and ad for the diner ask to take our picture.... i think he changed his mind after observing us for a minute... NOT picture perfect by a LONG shot!!!!  PATIENCE lunch goers....
is he LICKING the window?
for Heavens sake, look at all the plants on the ground... LEAVE IT ALONE!

if you bash the rolling cart into the wall one more time, that man is gong to come out AGAIN??
oh . and can i hear WAR EAGLE!!!!   we wore our game day attire to school yesterday.... And took some weapons incase we had some protesting going on......  Is there a rule NO GUNS to church mothers day out???? i probably need to know.

Dear Mom,
we were NEVER this bad were we?  Aunt Vickie reminded me of some stories of me and bedtime that are resembling my hornet of a middle child.....and his big boy bed!!!  Can you believe you LOCKED me OUT of your and dad's room?  or can you believe i got dad's toolbox and STILL tried to get in?
where was the love?  wink wink.
