FARM livin'

well, it may not be the LIFE for me while i do love a day or so on a farm and my lil' hornet could LIVE there forever and a day i feel for sure....

after stewing over the venue for his 2nd birthday party....i came up with this...renting out a barn

the ballroom at the countryclub with a horse or cow jumpy thing

or

my house with mrs. kat from the library coming to read and sing animal books and songs

and after searching for the cutest of all cute favor

(and for the record, i would have gone with THIS crayon apron and a farm coloring book)

This would have been my invite to YOU!

and

maybe some fun soaps at the kids tables?
and use hay bales for kids tables (thank you kate), burlap table coverings, big lanterns...and what doesn't say "farm livin'" about sunflowers? oh and balloons. Lots and lots of balloons!!

entertainment, etc.

BUT....

i had a AHHH! moment!!!  while in the shower it HIT ME  I did NOT give my monkey a second year birthday, just a small family party(we spent his real birthday at the beach); therefore, i do NOT have to give my middle baby one either, right?  This is the last year i can get away with it so i am all over the op to jump ship on the party planning.  am i mean?

Don't get me wrong... i will spoil him beyond belief the day in which he was handed to me (screaming his precious head off) and will take him to the petting zoo and to ride the ponies and do the things my lil' hornet loves to do.  I will have his cousins, grandparents, aunts and uncles over for some dinner, hornets choice, and a cake which will resemble this.. (i have just the girl to do it too!)

and as you know i will take plenty of pictures and no dout he will open his share of gifts.  We love a birthday around here!

you are right, he won't let this get clOSE to his little head but i have to have this on hand JUST IN CASE a miracle is preformed.

So don't judge me yet, i will make up for it next year when he has a clue whats happening.....  Oh, and we have a month and a half to go.  And also, i am thinking i need a new blog name for my middle baby, while he has been hornet-ish ALL WEEK (he hasn't felt well so i give him excuses) and i think i will re-name my littlest angel too; LAMB. 

will i just confuse y'all? or are you okay with this?
