easy come, easy go....

i feel like i have not posted in days.....well, i guess i haven't?  warning: This one will be a long one.  Stop NOW and say you did!  I have been enjoying my family, friends, and partaking in a little extra activity.  I have NOT been enjoying the weather, rain, rain go AWAY but its not freezing here anymore so you give and take i guess.  isn't that how it goes?
on friday, we enjoyed playing with friends OUTSIDE in the somewhat decent weather, happy houring with a different friend and having the sweetest family over for some "family" fun and games later- the boys always love company and so do i!  I didn't bring out the camera, shoulda; but didn't.

the boys are all at SUCH FUN ages (4, almost 2 and almost 1), daddyc and i are really really really enjoying every moment with them and wishing we could hit PAUSE-
savor the moments i guess is the new motto

Saturday was very relaxing and i got to spend the better part of the morning/afternoon with some adorable x 2 girly girls and some oh-so-yummy food in an oh-so-fabulous house which i did NOT take enough pictures but DID ask the home owner a bajillion questions and feel as if "I" re-did her house, ha!  gosh, i sound annoying just thinking of what "she" was thinking when i left. i am NOT usually a question asker type of person...(daddyc reminded me of that this weekend "you never ask questions (and according to this show i had him half way watching with me) "that boils down to YOU never pursued me, i must have pursued YOU") and i just say "easy come, easy go.....i love you! and that is way too deep, get back to your financial magazine"

the cute invites were products of koco & co.
so sweet, i love the little bird on the blanket and whats NOT fun about sipping and seeing an angelic baby girl!

i love it when people use their china collections.  so fun! so pretty! and even more fun that she had so many different collections and it was so girly and felt rather fancy and those little cheesecake "bites" were delicious! thanks for those toney!

as a little girl and a grown girl, i have ALWAYs alWAYS, AlwAYs loved all things baby and really loved this highchair, i wonder where all my old baby things went?

the hostess also had a fabulous collection of these...... i enjoyed my mimosas even more out of a sassy little flute! and often wonder "what would i serve my guest from in such a case?"
dear fairy Godmother,
i am going to need a collection of flutes, 'cause you never know.....

i enjoyed sipping but the best parts were the "SEEING" and here is the star of the show....arrived fashionably late...perfect with her little hat, bundled like her mama thought she may just may catch a draft from up north, sleeping like a perfect angel....with eye lashes that just don't stop!

i got my hands on her as quick as i could and held tight for the rest of the show

this is that baby's mama (other star of the show) and another edible little man whose mama is lucky i didn't put in my pocket when i left....thats right, i had pockets in my dress (thank you dress designer, very very handy)

big sister being so cute, so big, so sweet!

what a cute favor!  unless you are two years old and drink it like a fellow sip n seer did.  bless him! if you don't try it, ya never know, right?  he is safe and sound after his pregnant mama flew him to children's hospital leaving her older baby girl behind...just in case...

here was my most favorite painting EVER in the house.... Its a city scene of birmingham, Alabama.  I too saw this artist work and tried it in our happy home but couldn't find the right place. these are GREAT and can be YOURS (loretta goodwin art gallery) you and i both need this!

knock knock.
its me and my crew and we are MOVING IN!!!
i didn't take nearly enough pictures but did capture the boy of the house' bathroom.

look at this. And does it flush automatically?  do you flush these?  so fun. it was off a pool table room with a fun bright leather red sofa....
i did go home though; an hour after the partay ending time. shoot! did i overstay my welcome? hope not.
Daddyc maned the boys pretty well while i was gone.

thats sleepy little hornet combined with a messy little playroom....

and a HAPPY HAPPY little lamb!

what do you think about smocked SWEATshirts?  i am a little torn!

and seeing they are a little small, i think we will put them away!

later that afternoon, daddyC and i high-tailed it to a barside, sipped adult cocktails, FIRESIDE with a side of good friends plus some yummy food!  Perfect ending to an almost perfect day minus the rain!

Sunday, more rain here in the deep south.  We played fireside at home and enjoyed a lazy sunday together (we do NOT stay home much so we AlmOSt didn't know what to do with ourselves) before venturing to some of our besties happy home for dinner and play.  They too have just re-done their house and always fun to see others ideas and the boys LOVE going over too and do so quite often.

This is the monkey's bestest friend and my lil' hornet's LOVE.  We He walks around most the day saying her name loud and clear "AAAHHH  BEEE" (thats abby), they are two peas in a pod and total trouble together!

Raleigh got pizza and apples too!

This is an adorable baby girl that i was lucky enough to get to snuggle with MOST the night, we found that silly mouse in GoodNight moon book about a gazillion times and it was just as funny and exciting each time.  Her mama made the comment "Good thing you don't have a girl" and i was thinking "sad thing i won't have anymore babies period", then i went home and was glad, blessed at what i have three most fabulous baby boys to call my own BUT i DO LOVE a baby, any and all.....that will never change! oh the lil' lamb, he was there in all his sweetness, stair climbing, hangin' with the big boys, and just being sweet all together.  So today starts another busy busy week for us, Daddyc is off work today (but going huntn' the better part of the day so lets just say he is NOT off work) I hope you and yours had a great weekend and get to do something FuN today!
