girl after my own heart

we got the joy of having our baby caroline yesterday....so exciting!  she was heaven all day, not a peep of fuss, lots and lots of the sweetest laughter you have ever heard, the most adorable waddling run, needless to say we are totally smitten with our baby.

when we went to get the boys Sam explains to his class, 

"look guys, this is my baby sister, i WUV my babe sister" I secretly didn't correct him and claimed her as my own-  

This little boy has MAD crazy love for his baby cousin!!!  so sweet. 

 I explained while in reality Caroline is his cousin, and all that correct stuff, 

and then told him but if you want to pretend it's YOUR baby sister that is fine, it's the closest thing you will ever get to one so go on and IMAGINE all you want!!!!  

 And if i could guarantee one as perfect as she; i would no dout un-tie these tubes of mine and deliver yet another.....

 she has a heart for dogs and will say "dog dog" and pat them "gently"

 we drove all over the 'hood in our borrowed car

 look at that yard.  Garage sale?  no no, just a whole lotta outdoor fun!

 my biggest monkey ran over to give baby caroline some love before taking off to play with friends.... He is a busy boy now and is gone more than at home, he has things to do and people to play with.

they returned for a change into baseball gear.

please notice my monkey's knees... This is the spring, summer, & fall LOOK of my children...DIRT EVERYWHERE!!!!   There is no getting around it either, Daddyc claims it is just what boys do.

Happy Friday. phew! where does the week go?  Our mimi is keeping some boys and a sprinkle will retreat to big daddy's house while this mama and her plus one crash a friend's happy home.
