coulda, woulda, shoulda

BEEN THERE....
i'll be the first to admit... with fall time also brings.... charity kick offs and at my happy home we are asking friends, family, and really whom ever we can think of to donate to different charities daddyc and i are involved in.... don't stress, we will HAPPILY donate to your charity of choice as well. The schools are ALSO trying to raise money.  heck, who isn't these days???   Our main charities we are focusing on this year are two separate ones for the babies/children in our world and of course breast cancer always.....
as someone once said
"YOU ARE NOT GIVING ENOUGH if it DOESN'T HURT"
that being said, i didn't ask many people to buy tickets for the 6 annual breast cancer event, i bought most of them and kept in mind what a needed cause it was.   I got a great and very generous donation in my mom's memory from a dear friend that took care of most the ticket sales and with all else we had going on i made a mental note to do a whole lot more for the spring fund raiser.... anyway, if you missed this, i am truly sorry you did.  It is kinda new but each year getting bigger and bigger, and if you can find an excuse not to come PRIVATE SHOP, listen to a band, eat Kathy G's catering, drink HOPEtinis wine, or beer, get discounts on EVERYTHING in the store.... i wanna know!  i'm signing you all up for next year.  be there!!!

a PINK cupcake for our little princess.....

Let me explain.....
these monkeys were there because....
1. one baby girl's mama was out of town and we may have wanted to see her shining face
2. this stinky boy was there because, well, to be short and sweet we have MAJOR separation anxiety from our big daddy... when the rest of us parted from the lake, he stayed with his big daddy and then went home with him so..... that is why these two stole the show at the event....  And YES, after all of that my little lamb cried the whole way home... He knew he would be an asset to big daddy's work day on Monday.  Bless his heart!!!!
