another one bites the dust...

so rumors have it southern living magazine is on the OUTS....

While i was NOT surprised, i have not LOVED it lately but this month and i am only half way through (one too many babies i guess) i am enjoying it very much!  First and foremost, they interviewed southern famous bar tenders and that was kinda a fun read, favorite drinks, famous people (one governor who had his own personal bar tender who traveled with him EVERYWHERE.... now that is a drinker or a waste of money? you decide.  but neat little tid bit.)
Then, i scrolled through the pages to find a friend and her fresh and beautiful kitchen and her beautiful baby too. the magazine issue is not up on the world wide web yet so you will have to pick up your own to see it.
Then, i STARTED to read about charleston, the main article this month.... and i got to the Sub Title.... "charleston builds ALL their homes with the idea to ENTERTAIN" This little southern town is one of my own heart.  Knock knock charleston, i am coming up or is it OVER?   either way i need to be THERE!   As you can see i don't have a great post AGAIN..... i guess i have hit a wall this week.
Allie came last night, i was so sosso so so glad to see her, its been a week or two.... the boys were PUMPED!  They couldn't get into her arms fast enough, so she had to hold ALL of them! oh and she decided she wants to be in icu nurse and had some kinds of stories...see, i knew allie was special, NOT everyone or ANYONE could do that type thing and she LOVES it.
 Me & my plus one plus a couple of friends braved the cold and headed to aloft boutique hotel (a section of the W hotels) for dinner at micheals.  Very yummy! Very neat little hotel.  Of course i had to ask "do y'all have the heavenly beds?"  She smiled like, i can not believe you ask me that and then chuckled "yes mam we do!"  SOLD.  So the meal was yummy, the company was better, and best of best were my martinis or was it the enormous cinnamon rolls they are famous for (yes, we brought four home to give our little ones this morning......always thinking of them...we are!) NO pictures were taken and i can't find decent ones on the computer so you will have to go for yourself and try it.  Good stuff!  So the weather man missed the snow so far.... Kinda glad i will have to admit... I wasn't ready!   Enjoy your weekends and VALENTINES days..... Love enough to go around. XOXO, me
