in an effort to avoid the heat and SUN we headed to our local indoor science center

the flying the plane is an all time favorite... and new to us was the dancing light up thing-y pictured below... Charlie played musical squares and proved to be a champ!

we caught a quick science show

really really loved building things with these foamy blocks

and this is the reason we may be back sooner than later.... A zip line!!!  It is a shame they made my littlest lamb cry and told him he was too little.....  I can assure you and THEM, he would have loved it and done just fine!!!!

you may be a genius for placing the yummy popcorn station right by the door.... 

it works on my boys every time...

i think we back to our roots.... we are twin bed sleeping little boys, decent bedtime older boys, working on our normal meal habits and times, caught back up with all our neighbors who are more like family, re-stocked with the 'must haves' pictured above in our kitchen and all in all enjoying and soaking up all our little town has to offer in the summer time!!!!   Vacation should be written as prescriptions.
